Diamond Tip Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion is one of the world’s most popular aesthetic procedures, so it’s no surprise leading dermatologists and aestheticians incorporate this ultra-effective exfoliation treatment into most skincare regimens.

At Westwind Cosmetic & Laser Center in El Paso, Texas, we take microdermabrasion to the next level with the award-winning Pristine™ DiamondTip™ procedure.

Pristine’s diamond peel microdermabrasion offers a comprehensive exfoliation treatment that promises glowing results, minimizing the appearance of:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Crow’s feet
  • Age and sun spots
  • Acne scars
  • Stretch marks
  • Enlarged pores
  • Blackheads
  • Blemishes

How It Works

Unlike traditional microdermabrasion, which uses aluminum oxide crystals to polish the skin, the tips used in Pristine are made of natural diamond chips that remove dead skin cells and deep clean pores to rejuvenate aging or sun-damaged skin. Diamond tips are gentler on the skin and cause less irritation than crystals, making it safe to use on sensitive facial areas, such as around the eyes.

Removing dead skin cells and cleaning the pores from the inside out stimulates blood flow to the treated area and increases the production of collagen, a process that refreshes the skin and evens out skin tones.

The Pristine™ system can treat virtually any area of the body, although the most commonly treated areas include the face, neck, chest, hands, and upper back. The treatment is non-invasive, virtually painless, and requires no recovery time, with results that last for several months.
